Meet Our Provider
Kali is a nationally certified Physician Assistant and licensed in the state of Tennessee. She is a graduate of Campbell County High School and Roane State Community College. After graduation, she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Anatomy and Physiology. She then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. While attending LMU, she has completed several rotations in pediatrics as well as many other specialties.
She is excited to be practicing at Wee Care Pediatrics and providing care in her hometown!

Shaylee Silcox
Shaylee has worked in pediatrics for several years prior to joining us at Wee Care.
Shaylee serves as our pediatric nurse and our vaccine coordinator for Wee Care Pediatrics. She's an integral part of our team and we are so grateful to have her!
Owner and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Patricia A. Eberharter, FNP-BC
Patty is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has an outstanding academic background that includes a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. She also holds national certifications as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified Case Manager and Certified Bladder Health Specialist. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine and is currently working on a fellowship in ageless medicine.
Patty began her career in healthcare by working in a small rural community hospital in Lafollette, Tennessee as a candy striper when she was 13 years old. She continued in the healthcare field as a nursing assistant before returning to college to become a nurse. She worked 23 years as a Registered Nurse and has extensive clinical experience in the areas of critical care, emergency medicine and catastrophic case management.
Supervising Physician
Fred Foshee, D.O.
Dr. Fred C. Foshee is a family medicine doctor in Maryville, Tennessee. He received his medical degree from University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
We are happy to have him serve as our supervising physician of Wee Care!
